Who is This For?

How it Works

A 9-month build to Ironman California.

Duration: 9 months, structured as 3 x 12‑week sprints.

Custom Plan: Precise training dates custom per participant for their chosen races.

  • Sprint 1 (Jan–Apr): Complete a local, Olympic-distanced race.

  • Sprint 2 (Apr–Jul): Complete an Ironman 70.3 (or half-distanced race) with a regional pod.

  • Sprint 3 (Jul–Oct): Ironman California, Oct 18, 2026. We all race together! (or plan your own!)
